After spending too many years working in the corporate and education professions, Carolyn decided it was time to do something about creating health and wellness for others who were just as stressed and overburdened as she felt.

 

Carolyn took the leap and began an intensive Massage Therapy Certification program at the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in Pompton Lakes, NJ, a Northern New Jersey COMTA accredited school. 

 

Although Carolyn found the 10 month course challenging, she excelled in her studies and  honed her skills as a student massage therapist.  She also became a member of ABMP.  Since then, she has taught massage therapy to students, encouraging them to take a mindful, holistic approach to their professional in order to best serve their clients.

 

Carolyn set out to massage and perform energy work to those in need of relaxation and create a better way of life by harmonizing mind, body & spirit. She has since become a sought-after certified massage therapist and her business has flourished! 

 

Her techniques are tailored to the individual ~ from deep tissue massage, to a light touch that will have lasting healing effects well after you get off her massage table.  Carolyn also brings a nurturing, professional approach to her clientele, always remembering that the massage business is all about the client.  Her goal is to make her clients feel good.
